Service Officer's Corner

The Post Service Officer is responsible for bringing to the attention of all veterans and their dependents the rights and benefits granted them by law. He/She must know how to utilize the expert services available through Legion channels, as well as those of other agencies in the community. Theirs is the job of getting information to the full-time professionals to make certain that every veteran and his or her dependents are adequately represented.

"Still serving" is one of the driving principles of our organization. The Post Service Officer does this by not only sharing information, but doing what they can to help our veterans and their families when they need assistance. Most of the assistance requests that come through this post for our Service Officer are related to VA Disability Claims or Financial Assistance. All information collected by our Service Officer is kept secure at all times. No personal information is stored on this website.
