This is a requirement of the IRS in order to keep our non-profit status. * We are not required to maintain this document. Current and new members are encouraged to have their DD-214 recorded with the County Clerk. This service is provided free of charge. * Texas Government Code, Section 552.140 (a) (b) requires county clerks to make all DD-214s registered after September 1, 2003 confidential for 75 years. |
